The Hanrahan Health Leadership Development Programs are NOT for everyone.  

This program is perfect for you if: 

- you want to be able to improve your leadership skills

- you want to improve your confidence to communicate effectively

- you want to learn some supervision skills to be the best supervisor you can be

- you are committed to attending all of the sessions and completing the weekly learning activities in order to get the most out of the program

-  you want to feel happy to come to work each day, fulfilled in your role and excited about what is ahead for you

1. 10 sessions - with and education / webinar component and a group coaching component. 

2. Regular emails with resources and self-directed learning activities in between sessions

3. Access to recordings of all sessions. 

In the program you will learn exactly how to: 

- Juggle the demands of clinical and non-clinical parts of your role

- Run effective 1:1 supervision sessions

- Have successful tricky conversations

- Hone your communication skills

- Build your confidence and competence as a leader

- Know how to measure and monitor effectiveness as a clinician

- Set goals for yourself and support others to set goals for themselves

- Time management skills

 

Attending live is the best option, as there will be an opportunity at the end of the session to ask any questions you might have.  

If you are unable to attend live, you can still access the recordings, resources and weekly emails.  You can also email through any questions you might have after you have accessed the recordings.
