Hanrahan Health Leadership Development Program

The Hanrahan Health Leadership Development Program is NOT for everyone.  

This program is perfect for you if: 

- you want to be able to improve your leadership skills

- you want to improve your confidence to communicate effectively

- you want to learn some supervision skills to be the best supervisor you can be

- you are committed to attending all of the sessions and completing the weekly learning activities in order to get the most out of the program

-  you want to feel happy to come to work each day, fulfilled in your role and excited about what is ahead for you

1. Monthly live Q + A sessions. 

2. Monthly webinar.

3. Access to private slack channel for the leadership group. 

4. Learning activities to complete in your own time. 

5. Access to recordings of all live Q+A sessions and webinars in case you were not able to make it.

In the program you will learn exactly how to: 

- Juggle the demands of clinical and non-clinical parts of your role

- Run effective 1:1 supervision sessions

- Communicate more effectively with challenging team members

- Build your confidence and competence as a leader

- Know how to measure and monitor effectiveness as a clinician

- Set goals for yourself and support others to set goals for themselves

 - Manage a team member who is not performing

- The role of a senior team member and how to grow into this role

- Other topics of interest to the group

Attending live is the best option, as there will be an opportunity at the end of the session to ask any questions you might have.  

If you are unable to attend live, you can still access the recordings, resources and slack channel.  You can also email through any questions you might have after you have accessed the recordings.

Your first month is FREE with our program - a chance for you to try it out and see if it is the right program for you.  After the first month, the program costs $99 per month. About half the cost of a 1 hour therapy session - not much to launch your growth as a senior OT or Speechie!
