The support is really incredible... come and see for yourself!

For our speech pathologists the caseload ranges from babies right through to aged care (we even saw a beautiful lady who was 106 recently!).  Our caseload is diverse across all clinical areas and ages.  There is scope to develop clinical skills across all clinical ROPAs with support from our senior team members along the way of course.  For those who know which area they would like to specialise in - there is scope to specialise too!  We really try to tailor the caseload to suit each individual clinician.

For our OT team members, the caseload is mostly paediatrics with disabilities including ASD and sensory processing difficulties, run of the mill paeds caseload such as handwriting and fine motor skill difficulties, adolescents with social skill difficulties or anxiety and a range of ages with physical disabilities.  We also provide services to adults with intellectual disabilities living in group homes who we love working with to help with access, setting up mounting for AAC devices on wheelchairs, seating assessments and more!  You have the scope to specialise, access senior therapists to help build confidence across areas new to you, and get the skills in areas of interest within our supportive environment.

You will be supported to work towards the following clinical load expectations:

First month - build up to 3 hours per day (total of 15 hours per week)

Second month - build up to 3.5-4 hours per day (total of 17.5-20 hours per week)

Third month - build up to 4-4.5 hours per day (total of 20-22.5 hours per week)

Remainder of year one - 4.8 hours per day (total of 24 hours per week)
