This program is perfect for you if:

- you want to learn some supervision skills to be the best supervisor you can be
- you are committed to attending all of the sessions and completing the weekly learning activities in order to get the most out of the program
- you want to feel happy to come to work each day, fulfilled in your role and excited about what is ahead for you
1. 10 sessions - combination of webinar presentations and small group coaching sessions.
2. Weekly email with resources and learning activities
3. Access to recordings of all sessions.
We appreciate your input into the topics we offer to make sure we can tailor the program to best meet the needs of our workshop attendees. In the program you will learn exactly how to:
- Juggle the demands of clinical and non-clinical parts of your role
- Run effective 1:1 supervision sessions
- Communicate more effectively with challenging team members
- Build your confidence and competence as a leader
- Know how to measure and monitor effectiveness as a clinician
- Set goals for yourself and support others to set goals for themselves
Attending live is the best option, as there will be an opportunity at the end of the session to ask any questions you might have.
If you are unable to attend live, you can still access the recordings, resources and weekly emails. You can also email through any questions you might have after you have accessed the recordings.
